PERFORMANCE
ASSIGNMENT
What
is your current issue? Food, sex, money, fame, etc,
Write
down an action, time sequence, color, sound, aroma that comes
to mind when you think of your issue.
Create
a private, safe, healthy, wise and beneficial scenario that you
perform for yourself. Repeat it until your issue becomes a friend
and not a contamination in your mind. Then taste the beauty of
the silent mind, the result of having performed the thoughts.
Be
quiet.
FORM
AN ART/LIFE COMMUNITY
Advertise
locally for anyone interested in meeting weekly/monthly/yearly
to perform for each other. Make sure the guidelines promote safety,
healing, meditative honesty and responsibility to each other on
all levels. Be safe but enjoy passionately! (This requires skill.)
BLOOD
FAMILY ART
Move
home. Live in your old room. Make it a performance but practice
secretly so nobody knows or is offended. Grow to know yourself
and your family of origin, blood family, and relatives. Rescue
your inner-child from the past and give her/him a large birthday
party when you truly graduate into life in the way you envision
as healthy and responsible.
THE
ART OF AGING
Do
not do a thing about your aging that might be seen as invasive.
Watch the sculpting of time on the body. Call it art.
